Senior Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead SEIT efforts for the Hill Air Force Base Subsystem Sustainment Contract and Sentinel development programs
• Provide oversight and leadership for approximately 50 engineers, including systems, test and evaluation, and specialty engineering staff
• Architect and drive the integration of modern systems engineering tools and methods to align guidance, propulsion, and other SSC efforts
• Support Minuteman III Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM) and model integration efforts with the USAF and Integration Support Contractor
• Support proposal development and growth opportunities for the SDS-UT site, including life extension solutions
• Represent the organization at technical conferences and DoD meetings in support of the Office of the Secretary of Defense

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in SEIT sustainment and development efforts
• 10 years of experience with or equivalent to Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
• 5 years of experience applying MBSE, MSOSA, or DESE tools to development and sustaining engineering
• In-depth knowledge of ICBM weapon system performance and development requirements (SRA, WSAM, -128C)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
• Experience in program and project management and quality assurance processes
