Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the establishment of governance processes/policies and resolution of enterprise-wide issues
• Support the planning and execution of enterprise leadership assemblies
• Create and capture Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) activities and dates
• Identify and link related activities across all scheduled inputs
• Coordinate change impacts with Enterprise Governance and publish schedules
• Assist in identifying process risks and determining appropriate mitigations
• Assist in identifying and validating stakeholder requirements

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 3 years of experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral, written, and organizational communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Broad experience in systems engineering disciplines
• Requirements gathering experience
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
