Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Derive test requirements from system-level seeker requirements
• Develop test methodologies and interfaces, including hardware and software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement systems engineering processes
• Maintain system requirements, interface control documents, and verification/validation plans
• Oversee hardware and software integration in test environments for RF seeker systems
• Support production and capacity expansion initiatives with technical guidance
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
• Prepare and present technical documentation to program management and leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
• 9+ years of related work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering specifically relating to test requirement and interface definition
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Proficiency in systems integration and testing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on RF seeker systems or related technologies
• Experience with the development of Test Equipment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Radar coursework
• Experience verifying and validating formal test equipment
• Experience supporting program milestones such as SRR, PDR, CDR, and FCA
