Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Okta, AWS, Windows endpoints, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, access, application, security, and network issues
• Support endpoint and account lifecycle work including provisioning, patching, and onboarding/offboarding
• Review and remediate security findings from vulnerability management and cloud security sources
• Scope technical work, write statements of work, and estimate effort for stakeholders
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content
• Serve as an escalation point for onsite support and communicate risks and timelines to management

Requirements

• 5+ years of systems engineering, endpoint engineering, or cloud administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Okta, AWS, and Windows 10/11
• Solid understanding of endpoint management, device compliance, MFA, and conditional access
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, access, and networking fundamentals
• Experience remediating vulnerabilities and configuration gaps using a risk-based approach
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and implementation plans
• Must be able to work onsite in Costa Mesa each business day
