Senior Systems Engineer, Security and Resilience Platform

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical pre-sales lead for strategic customers, designing security and resiliency architectures.
• Build and lead technical relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and Heads of Risk & Compliance.
• Conduct discovery workshops to identify security requirements, regulatory constraints, and resilience objectives.
• Design end-to-end architectures using Dell Technologies platforms, focusing on data protection, cyber recovery, and Zero Trust principles.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to articulate risk mitigation and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services teams to respond to RFPs/RFIs and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in technical pre-sales or consultative solution selling, specifically within cybersecurity, infrastructure, or hybrid cloud.
• Deep expertise in security and resiliency domains, including data protection, backup & recovery, BC/DR, and cyber recovery.
• Strong knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST or ISO.
• Familiarity with SecOps tooling, including SIEM, SOAR, and EPP.
• Proven ability to translate complex business and compliance risks into practical technical architectures.
• Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise accounts in highly sophisticated environments.
