Senior Systems Engineer, Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Manage and verify the product backlog while tracking Agile metrics to resolve impediments
• Oversee technical activities such as threat evaluation, system performance assessments, and mission planning
• Analyze performance data and automate workflows using MATLAB
• Monitor technical cost and schedule performance for the AN/TPY-2 programs
• Mentor team members, remove roadblocks, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support proposal efforts and manage team financial planning

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience leading technical efforts
• Experience overseeing or monitoring technical cost and schedule performance
• Active and existing U.S. government Secret security clearance required on day 1

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with the AN/TPY-2 System or Missile Defense programs
• Proficiency with Python scripting and MATLAB
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and metrics
• Familiarity with Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) and CMMI-compliant Gate Reviews
• Experience with radar systems technology, design, and analysis
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Engineering, Math, Physics, or Business
