Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the Systems Verification Lead with requirements verification, scope planning, and milestone creation
• Develop scenarios to support testing, data analysis, and software development
• Collaborate with systems engineers to resolve radar technical issues
• Strengthen team capabilities in data analysis, systems integration, and software development
• Manage competing task priorities and deliver customer presentations

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, and/or Unix
• Experience with DOORS and systems integration, test, or verification
• Active and existing U.S. government Secret security clearance required on day 1

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to compile and present data analysis to program leadership and external customers
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps processes, including sprint reviews and PI Planning
• Experience with risk and opportunity management and backlog execution
• Hands-on experience with root cause identification and corrective action implementation
