Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements documentation for development and production efforts
• Perform and execute integration, verification, and testing activities
• Provide Systems Engineering oversight during integration and test phases
• Model systems and development processes using Cameo
• Conduct trade studies and present technical results to customers
• Perform test planning to develop and implement procedures
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis
• Support mission execution at local facilities, test sites, and customer locations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Proven experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government security clearance prior to start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Math, or Physics
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or Digital Engineering
• Proficiency with DOORS or cPDM
• Experience using Agile framework development methods
• Experience evaluating and mitigating technical risks
• Familiarity with system safety, reliability, and configuration management
