Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements, algorithms, concepts of operations, and system interfaces
• Implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis
• Develop and execute models to predict system performance
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, or testing
• Proficiency in MATLAB for developing scripts and functions
• Experience with C++, Python, or similar languages
• Experience generating technical documentation like test plans and reports
• Experience working in integration labs, test facilities, or field environments
• Experience evaluating systems using simulated environments
