Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the integrating function across multi-disciplinary teams for the Next Gen Autonomous Driving Kit
• Ensure software, hardware, and product targets remain aligned throughout the development lifecycle
• Own systems integration and validation activities to ensure program objectives are met
• Define and develop metrics to verify system and subsystem requirements
• Create and maintain polished requirement specifications for OEM partner collaboration
• Identify, negotiate, and resolve cross-functional trade-offs and conflicts
• Perform FMEA analysis and track findings to resolution
• Streamline interfaces between system architects, controls, and OEM platform partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering (software, hardware, or combined)
• Strong knowledge of ADAS/Autonomous Vehicle systems
• Working knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture and in-vehicle networking
• Detailed knowledge of requirements management and requirement-based design

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Experience integrating and validating hardware/software systems at the vehicle level
• Experience supporting OEM platform programs or working with OEM partners
• Knowledge of LIDAR, radar, ethernet, and CAN
• Experience in Autonomous Vehicles, Machine Learning, Robotics, or IoT
• Experience working in a startup environment
