Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the TRMC Digital Engineering project by developing requirements and implementing a Digital Engineering environment with a focus on Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Act as a technical liaison between end users, application developers, and senior leadership within the Dept of War and the Mission Engineering, Systems Engineering, Test, and Training community.
• Plan and coordinate technical support with military, civil service, and support contractor personnel for Test Resource Management Center Data Strategy.
• Define requirements, develop specifications, and implement timelines and milestones to optimize resource utilization.
• Establish operational goals and objectives to optimize results for both customers and the company.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Minimum of 20 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience working with OUSD (R&E) and TRMC.
• Knowledge of Military or Space Acquisition Programs.
• Strong Project Management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Digital Engineering and Enterprise Software Development.
• Experience with Joint Testing and Training or Test Event Operation, Planning, and Analysis.
• Familiarity with DoD Programs and the acquisition process.
