About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day client queries for ODIN, web-based, and mobile applications
- Manage entire operations of trading systems, including conducting MOCK, DR, and BCP for critical applications
- Monitor ISP and leased lines and resolve connectivity issues
- Assist in conducting cyber audits, patching, and VAPT
- Provide production support for application issues
- Perform database support and maintenance for broking applications
- Manage change, incident, and problem management processes
- Review health check and monitoring reports and take appropriate action
- Configure VLANs and perform network troubleshooting using Cisco technology
Requirements
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience
- Graduation with relevant IT certification
- Strong understanding of trading systems, infrastructure, and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with ODIN, OMNESYS, and Greeksoft trading applications
- Understanding of Institutional, Retail, and Algo trading businesses
- Basic hands-on experience with MySQL and MS SQL databases
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure setup
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in Cisco technology and network troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with vendor, infrastructure, and compliance teams
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
