Senior Systems Engineer - IAM

Responsibilities

• Manage advanced Okta functionality including Device Trust and identity lifecycle management
• Implement RBAC best practices and adaptive security policies
• Build automated workflows using Workato, Okta Workflows, and Lumos
• Plan and execute application integrations using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth
• Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex access issues
• Mentor Service Desk team members and develop SOPs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Identity & Access Management
• Strong expertise in Okta administration
• Experience with Lumos or similar identity governance platforms
• Ability to build automation workflows using Workato or Okta Workflows
• Proficiency with REST APIs and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
• Solid understanding of RBAC, PAM, and zero-trust security principles
• Familiarity with Google Workspace Enterprise
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Okta Administrator or Consultant certifications
• Experience in fast-paced, global environments with distributed teams
