About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation
- Define and perform lab activities including definition, setup, configuration management, and testing
- Integrate solutions within their target environment
- Coach and review the work of lower level professionals
- Manage the preparation and execution of Design Reviews, Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing
- Support system trade studies, requirements analysis, and allocation to subsystems
- Define Modeling, Hardware, and Software Interfaces
- Analyze and document system behaviors
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required; must possess an active and existing DoD Secret security clearance
- STEM degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong integration and test experience, including test procedure development, execution, reporting, and automation
- Proficiency in tasking boards and tooling such as Jira or IBM EWM
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Communication Radio and Systems (SATCOM, LOS/BLOS, AEHF, PTW, or V/UHF)
- Experience in Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT)
- Experience in System Level Integration, Verification, and Validation (IV&V) for ground, ship, submarine, or airborne platforms
- Experience in Virtual Machine design and deployment
- Proficiency in modeling tools such as CAMEO or Rhapsody
