Senior Systems Engineer – Cloud IT Infra

Responsibilities

• Set up Azure/AWS cloud or on-premises IT resources and environments for internal software development projects
• Provide expert-level technical support to resolve issues related to Azure, AWS, Windows, and Linux servers
• Perform system administration and technical support for Windows Server, Linux, Intune, Defender, Rapid7, MacOS, and Jamf
• Manage Windows server security hardening, patch management, and Windows Active Directory/Azure networking
• Handle software and subscription license assignment, tracking, and verification
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, WiFi, and Internet connectivity issues
• Coordinate with local and global IT teams to address cloud, server, or application support issues and document processes

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a Cloud IT Support Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Terraform, AKS Cluster, App Service, SAML, and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, MacOS, SQL DB, MS Defender, and MS Intune
• Experience with GitHub, MS Autopilot, MS Office 365, and Azure AD/Entra tools
• Strong business communication skills (written and spoken English) and customer service orientation
• Educational background in BTech, BE, BCA, BSc, or Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications related to Azure, Windows Server, Backup/Storage, or Networking
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and in a consulting capacity
