Senior Systems Engineer - Broadcast

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical integrations with broadcast OEM partners like Riedel, EVS, and Grass Valley
• Design, validate, and support real-world broadcast workflows including AES67, Dante, Ravenna, NDI, and ST2110
• Manage lab infrastructure, testbeds, and demonstration systems
• Support Sales and Business Development by identifying growth opportunities and assisting with proposals
• Create technical training, documentation, and partner enablement programs
• Collaborate with Product Line Management and Engineering to provide field feedback on firmware, multicast, and PTP accuracy
• Represent the company at industry events such as NAB, IBC, and InfoComm

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in IP networking (VLANs, Layer-2/Layer-3, Multicast, IGMP, QoS)
• Hands-on experience with broadcast protocols: AES67, Dante, Ravenna, SMPTE ST2110, NDI, IPMX, and PTP
• Experience designing or supporting production facilities, OB trucks, or enterprise studios
• Proficiency with broadcast control systems like NMOS, Evertz MAGNUM, or Nevion VideoIPath
• Ability to use network packet analyzers and PTP analyzers
• Experience with automation or scripting using Python or REST APIs
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at professional audio/video manufacturers or major system integrators
• Familiarity with OEM ecosystems such as Riedel, Clear-Com, or Panasonic
• Expertise with IP orchestration, automation, or monitoring platforms
