Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in systems and software engineering meetings, presenting product development updates and technical analysis
• Provide direct support to the lead for C2BMC algorithm development efforts
• Lead tasking and provide technical systems analysis of Sensor Resource Management/Battle Management (SRM/BM) for C2BMC
• Support C2BMC Spiral and Agile Development and the Product Integration Team (PIT) in performance assessment, verification, and validation activities
• Represent MDA/BC in product peer reviews, system design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR), and prime contractor Agile Development workflow meetings

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Master’s Degree in a STEM field
• Active Secret clearance
• Proficiency in systems engineering and execution processes
• Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS), and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with Government and prime contractor personnel
