Senior Systems Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features with strong unit/integration tests and observability
• Triage and solve production issues using root cause analysis and prevention strategies
• Coordinate with product, QA, and operations teams on release readiness and sign-offs
• Mentor developers on code quality, performance, and secure coding practices
• Lead complex feature development and drive automation across the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in systems development
• Proficiency in modern systems development and code review standards
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to explain details to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of reducing defects and improving system stability

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• AWS, GCP, or Azure associate-level certification
• Expertise in cloud-based tooling and infrastructure
