Senior Systems Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement test plans and processes to ensure compliance with worldwide PCBA test requirements.
• Provide production build support at Vietnam PCBA factories to drive continuous improvement of First Pass Yield (FPY).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage PCBA factory testing, including NUDD, DFT, HSR, and 5C reports.
• Manage PCBA factory fixture planning, readiness, life cycle management, and issue tracking.
• Define system requirements for complex customer systems and determine specifications for hardware/software compatibility.
• Ensure the manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability of test designs through benchmarking and root cause analysis.
• Document technical results in reports and white papers while ensuring assignments meet schedule and cost objectives.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in PCBA test engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Advanced understanding of system architectures.
• Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to be onsite at the ODM site in Vietnam 5 days a week.
