Senior Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor for the IT team, acting as an escalation point for complex issues
• Oversee endpoint management strategy and execution, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment
• Administer Active Directory, Okta SSO, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
• Manage licensing strategy and cost optimization across the M365 tenant
• Lead the implementation of data loss prevention (DLP) tooling and data classification initiatives to support ISO 27001 compliance
• Develop and execute PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate administrative tasks and enforce security policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on systems administration or infrastructure management experience
• Demonstrated experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or Workspace One
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Providers (Okta, OneLogin, or equivalent)
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure administration, including conditional access and RBAC
• Advanced experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
• Experience supporting global teams
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview or similar DLP tools
