Senior Systems Administrator, Finance Systems (NetSuite)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NetSuite ERP operations across sandbox and production environments, ensuring stability for modules including GL, A/P, A/R, revenue recognition, and fixed assets.
• Act as a NetSuite SuiteAnalytics super-user to develop advanced reports, dashboards, and insights for financial decision-making.
• Lead the deployment of new functionality and manage integrations between NetSuite and enterprise systems such as Concur, ADP, and SFDC.
• Manage relationships with NetSuite vendors and professional service providers.
• Implement proactive change management processes, including impact analysis and approval workflows for system modifications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides to ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, including dedicated NetSuite administrators, focusing on security and access control best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive ERP experience with significant hands-on NetSuite administration.
• Deep technical expertise in NetSuite customization, including SuiteScript, Suite Analytics, and workflows.
• Proven experience leading complex ERP projects and managing vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate NetSuite with other enterprise-level software.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
