Responsibilities

• Own system behavior across modules including perception, planning, and control
• Manage cross-component dependencies and interfaces
• Lead complex issue investigations and drive root cause analysis across software, data, and system interactions
• Act as the central point between engineering, testing, and operations teams
• Identify systemic issues and improve triage workflows and system robustness
• Use logs, metrics, and field data to diagnose issues and define performance KPIs
• Influence system design decisions and contribute to architecture discussions

Requirements

• Strong system thinking and ability to understand complex, integrated systems
• Experience in debugging, triage, or system integration (AV or similar complex systems preferred)
• Ability to work across teams and drive alignment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with logs analysis, data pipelines, and debugging tools
