Senior System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform system performance evaluations and in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for new functionality and system enhancements
• Work across disciplines to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Create and modify documentation in support of formal testing reviews and communicate results to leadership
• Perform integration, verification, and validation testing and reporting to ensure systems meet specifications
• Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally to support customer events

Requirements

• STEM degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, and/or other programming languages
• Experience with digital engineering tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, or Cameo
• Experience with system software, hardware, requirements, or testing
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience identifying root causes of system failures through detailed diagnostics and implementing preventative measures
• Experience presenting technical findings and solutions to leadership and customers
• Experience developing testing procedures, reports, and troubleshooting complex systems
• Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or field environment
