Responsibilities

• Handle trader requests and inquiries, finding root causes and developing solutions
• Work on DevOps tools such as Docker, Grafana, and Kubernetes
• Deploy solutions to trader issues directly or via self-service coaching
• Track trader demands and provide suggestions for future improvements
• Conduct UAT testing and push updates to production
• Scale infrastructure and improve the efficiency of deployed systems and trading tools
• Coordinate with vendors, exchanges, and external organizations

Requirements

• Proficiency in one programming language (Python, Golang, or C++)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of networks and network programming
• Basic to advanced knowledge of databases and complex queries
• Experience with Linux or ability to learn quickly
• Basic programming and shell command skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tcpdump or Wireshark
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
