Senior System Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Copilot
• Drive the adoption of M365 Copilot and modern collaboration tools across the organization
• Lead end-user focused communication regarding M365 changes, updates, and new features
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance standards are met
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver M365 solutions aligned with organizational needs
• Establish technical standards, documentation, and industry best practices
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and mentor team members
• Track usage and adoption metrics to drive continuous platform improvement

Requirements

• Deep experience with the Microsoft 365 platform
• Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot or similar AI-driven productivity tools
• 8–10+ years of experience working in large, global enterprise environments
• B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to drive enterprise-scale adoption and change management initiatives
• Strong understanding of M365 security, governance, and compliance
