Senior System and Server Administrator

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and optimization of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments
• Architect, manage, and harden containerized platforms (Podman/Docker)
• Oversee cybersecurity, compliance, and vulnerability mitigation efforts
• Plan and execute system sustainment, patching strategies, and lifecycle management
• Serve as a technical authority for Microsoft Server and Windows 10/11 environments
• Oversee client administration, imaging, and provisioning processes
• Develop and maintain advanced automation and scripting solutions using Bash and PowerShell
• Manage and optimize Network Attached Storage (NAS) solutions
• Troubleshoot complex network and data-flow issues
• Mentor junior administrators

Requirements

• 7+ years of system and server administration experience
• Advanced expertise in RHEL and Microsoft server environments
• Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, and vulnerability management
• Proven experience designing automation and scripting solutions
• Deep understanding of enterprise storage and networking services
• Active Secret security clearance
• US Citizenship
