Senior System and Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain BI solutions across the full analytics lifecycle, from data ingestion to reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, ensure data quality, and improve data availability.
• Design, implement, and support end-to-end system integrations between SAP S/4HANA and third-party platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance, validation rules, and transformation logic to ensure consistency across systems.
• Monitor interface health, error handling, and reconciliation processes to resolve integration failures and data discrepancies.
• Partner with finance teams to understand business processes, reporting needs, and strategic priorities.
• Support data science and advanced analytics projects through data exploration and feature preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting end-to-end BI and analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with traditional data warehouse architectures, including centralized data warehouses and data marts.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts.
• Ability to lead complex projects and communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Fivetran, Informatica, or Data Factory.
• Proficiency with Alteryx and Jira.
• Experience building data governance processes, documentation standards, or data quality frameworks.
• Exposure to data science tools and methodologies including Python, R, machine learning concepts, Databricks, or Snowflake.
