Senior System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Power BI platforms, building scalable dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Design data models and transformations to resolve data and application issues.
• Develop KPIs, performance metrics, and optimize DAX models and reusable BI assets.
• Automate financial reporting processes using Power Platform, Python, and AI-enabled tools.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, specifications, and test plans.
• Support UAT, deployment activities, and provide training to end-users within an Agile model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Systems, BI, FP&A, or Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI development and DAX.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python is preferred.
• Solid foundation in financial and accounting principles.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or OneStream.
• Knowledge of Power Platform tools and BI security (row-level security).
• Exposure to AI-driven advanced analytics.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
