About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
- Monitor and resolve problems for client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices
- Optimize system operations, resource utilization, and perform capacity planning
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Maintain integrity and configure network components and implement OS enhancements
Requirements
- TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- 10 years of experience as a System Administrator in similar programs
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 5 years of additional SA experience in lieu of degree)
- 3 years experience with system security tools (container security, VM security, security boundary enforcement)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ELK
- Experience with Tripwire
- Experience with VMware
- Experience with RedHat SELinux security tool suite
