Senior System Administrator & Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain office network, on-site infrastructure, and Azure cloud infrastructure
• Manage Unifi network gear, GPU workstations, and work laptops
• Improve internal support processes using Slack and Jira Service Desk
• Support project teams in deploying software on Azure, AWS, and Terraform
• Expand expertise into SRE, DevOps, and MLOps through R&D projects
• Manage IT security standards including SLA, ISO, and TISAX compliance

Requirements

• Completed IT training or university degree in Computer Science or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in support, SRE, DevOps, or IT administration
• Solid knowledge of networks, cloud, container technologies, and Linux
• Proficiency with automation, monitoring tools, and CI/CD
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
