Senior SysOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Prophet's GCP-native cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, and security.
• Build and maintain repeatable deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Develop a production-grade observability stack for logging, metrics, and alerting.
• Design and implement multi-region architecture to support international expansion.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SysOps, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP (GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Run, IAM, VPC).
• Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-region cloud architectures and data residency.
• Familiarity with GCP security services like VPC Service Controls and Workload Identity.
• Background in a SaaS environment serving enterprise customers.
