About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas for the designated territory by driving both short-term results and long-term strategic growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for sustainability solutions, including analytics, benchmarking services, and physical risk data.
  • Partner with marketing and business line leaders to establish customer-oriented value propositions.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through new business acquisition and cross-selling with other S&P Global divisions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with industry influencers, thought leaders, and participating in major conferences.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals and maintain strong connections with customers to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with account teams to recommend custom solutions that meet diverse client needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in new business sales.
  • Experience in Sustainability and/or SaaS enterprise sales, specifically with solution selling and large-ticket deals.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to Non-Financial Corporations.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce and other commercial tools.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills for engaging executive audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively within a large, global matrix organization.
  • A strategic and operational mindset with the ability to manage complex projects simultaneously.
