About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Customer Service Requests from contract validation through to final issue resolution
  • Provide data-driven solutions to customer-reported problems to prevent service degradation
  • Play an active role in emergency situations to ensure timely restoration of customer networks
  • Oversee SLA and KPI performance, driving enhancements through consultative approaches
  • Plan and execute contracted software implementations within customer networks
  • Implement corrective actions in the event of unsuccessful software loading

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Problem Management and Customer Success
  • Strong Data Analysis skills and familiarity with Machine Learning
  • Proficiency in Change Management and Release Management
  • Proven ability in Negotiation and Customer Relationship Building
  • Competence in preemptive support and CSR handling processes
