About the role
Responsibilities
- Own Customer Service Requests from contract validation through to final issue resolution
- Provide data-driven solutions to customer-reported problems to prevent service degradation
- Play an active role in emergency situations to ensure timely restoration of customer networks
- Oversee SLA and KPI performance, driving enhancements through consultative approaches
- Plan and execute contracted software implementations within customer networks
- Implement corrective actions in the event of unsuccessful software loading
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Problem Management and Customer Success
- Strong Data Analysis skills and familiarity with Machine Learning
- Proficiency in Change Management and Release Management
- Proven ability in Negotiation and Customer Relationship Building
- Competence in preemptive support and CSR handling processes
