Senior Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/L4 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex developer and application issues
• Analyze and develop high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals
• Maintain and enhance application stability, performance, and database configuration
• Manage release cycles and oversee day-to-day deliverables as an individual contributor
• Handle major incidents and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Perform product installation, configuration, testing, and performance analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, maintenance, or support
• 6+ years of strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning
• 5+ years of experience with UNIX scripting
• 3+ years of experience with ETL tools
• Deep experience in requirements analysis, system design, and dimensional modeling
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, indexes, partitioning, and views
• Proficiency in communicating technical solutions to business users and senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Core Java, XML, and JSON
• Familiarity with Cloud concepts
• Experience with Azure or Snowflake database technologies
