Senior Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/L4 technical support and troubleshooting for in-house applications
• Diagnose and resolve complex developer issues and maintain application stability
• Analyze and develop high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals
• Manage release cycles and oversee day-to-day deliverables as an individual contributor
• Handle major incidents and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
• Perform database configuration, tracing, and performance analysis
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, maintenance, or support
• 6+ years of strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning
• 5+ years of experience with UNIX scripting
• 3+ years of experience with ETL tools
• Deep experience in requirements analysis, system design, and dimensional modeling
• Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture, indexes, partitioning, and views
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Core Java, XML, and JSON
• Familiarity with Cloud concepts
• Experience with Azure or Snowflake database technologies
