Senior Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/L4 technical support and hands-on development for in-house applications
• Diagnose and resolve complex developer issues and major production incidents
• Maintain and enhance application stability, performance, and database configuration
• Manage release cycles and oversee day-to-day technical deliverables
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
• Perform deep-dive debugging, tracing, and performance analysis to resolve software issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to drive operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, maintenance, or support
• 6+ years of strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning
• 5+ years of experience with UNIX shell scripting
• 3+ years of experience working with ETL tools
• Deep knowledge of Oracle database architecture, objects, and dimensional modeling
• Proficiency in requirements analysis and system design
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Core Java, XML, and JSON
• Familiarity with Cloud concepts
• Experience with Azure or Snowflake database technologies
