Senior Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning for Nike By You (NBY) products, driving capacity and material alignment to deliver customized products globally
• Build and manage product-level supply plans in partnership with factory partners, aligning production capacity and material availability
• Monitor plan health, identify gaps, and proactively mitigate risks across factory networks
• Drive material planning strategies to increase agility and reduce long lead-time exposure
• Partner with Order Management to align supply plans with consumer promises and improve end-to-end lead times
• Lead supply chain readiness for product launches, ensuring materials arrive on time and ramp plans are executable
• Collaborate across Product Creation, Sourcing & Manufacturing, and Nike Direct to enable faster, smarter decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
• Typically 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
• Strong proficiency in data and planning tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Excel
• Experience using analytics and AI tools to generate actionable insights
• Deep understanding of inventory drivers (lead times, days of supply, replenishment cycles) and factory capacity planning
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment
