Senior Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability (raw materials, intermediate products, and technical materials) to meet the supply plan and communicate shortages to relevant departments
• Create and assess scenarios and Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) in coordination with production units
• Develop business tools and processes to monitor supply chain metrics
• Act as the deputy for the S&OP Facilitator and Demand Planner
• Monitor process orders and prepare analyses and reports regarding past due production and planning
• Convert supply plans into process orders and conduct handover meetings with the scheduling department
• Create and maintain planning master data in SAP, including recipes (BOM/resources) and disposition views

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field with 3+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience in API-related industries
• Or an equivalent Business degree with 5+ years of experience in biotech, chemical, or pharma markets
• Experience planning production and materials within an FDA-regulated industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working in a multi-cultural, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)
• Proficiency in MS Project
