Senior Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning and materials management to meet customer delivery schedules while optimizing lead-times, inventory, and workshop capacity.
• Define project schedules based on manufacturing sequences and monitor progress to proactively identify schedule or cost variations.
• Create multi-level manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOM) and WBS structures in SAP.
• Perform Material Requirement Planning (MRP), generate purchase requisitions, and release production orders.
• Coordinate the procurement of long-lead items and manage sub-contracting planning.
• Monitor the availability of drawings and materials to align with workshop loading plans.
• Manage revisions to build packages and update schedules, BOMs, and production orders accordingly.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives including Lean, 5S, Gemba, Kaizen, and digitalization.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, or Production Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in production planning, preferably within fabrication industries.
• Proficiency in SAP (PP, PS, and MM modules) and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of production planning in a project-driven, make-to-order manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with operational excellence tools such as Lean, 5S, Gemba, and Kaizen.
• Fluency in English with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of stainless steel equipment fabrication for Dairy, Pharma, and Food applications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
