Senior Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and supply chain data in SAP
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand trends, and support forecasting activities
• Create and manage purchase orders and track supplier deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure on-time product availability
• Support import/export, transportation, and customs activities
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability and delivery schedules
• Develop reports and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI
• Support system enhancements, SAP updates, testing, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA experience in a supply chain environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, sales support, or import/export operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, procurement, and logistics coordination
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English; additional European languages or Mandarin are a plus
