Senior Supply Chain Manager/Supplier Engineer - PCBA

Responsibilities

• Negotiate delivery, pricing, and contract terms with key technology suppliers in the PCB, PCBA, and Box Build space
• Oversee and project manage supplier relationships and performance for large scale engineering and capital programs
• Scale and mature a global supply base for electronic and electro-optical components
• Develop and enhance supplier selection and on-boarding processes
• Grow supplier technical capabilities to meet performance, quality, capacity, and cost requirements
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to align supplier performance with internal milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field
• 7-10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Supplier Engineering
• Experience with ERP (NetSuite) and PLM (Arena) or similar systems
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and management
• Experience in both startup environments and medium to large volume manufacturing
• Strong project management and technical problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or ME degree
• Experience with DFx (Design for Manufacturing, Cost, Logistics, Reliability)
• Experience with electro-optical, opto-mechanical, or electro-mechanical assemblies
• Experience with cryogenic operations
