Senior Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Receiving, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to ensure performance and personal development
• Supervise the receiving of fresh goods and the storage of long-life goods for production
• Oversee the dispatching of finished product pallets and waste management
• Optimize communication between Supply Chain, FSQA, Procurement, and Production teams
• Manage stock levels for long-life and non-food items to minimize food waste
• Implement and optimize stock management tools and conduct weekly/monthly inventory reviews
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
• Prioritize workplace safety and product quality over cost imperatives
• Participate in daily and weekly production follow-up meetings

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing teams in a logistics or industrial environment (food industry preferred)
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field experience
• Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Visual Management, PDCA, VSM, TPM)
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Must have a vehicle for commuting
