Senior Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Own silicon supply planning, wafer starts, and delivery tracking with ASIC partners and downstream vendors
• Manage end-to-end silicon purchase orders, including creation, acknowledgment, and receipt
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for the Santa Clara facility
• Manage on-site PCIe card inventory, cycle counts, and safety stock optimization
• Process sales orders, including allocation, ATP/CTP confirmation, and delivery scheduling
• Serve as the supply chain point of contact for the Change Review Board (CRB)
• Leverage AI tools and automation to scale operations and optimize workflows
• Maintain master data accuracy within NetSuite ERP, including items and BOMs

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning
• Deep experience with enterprise-scale ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Proven track record managing silicon or semiconductor supply chains
• Experience working with contract manufacturers (CM/EMS) and ASIC partners
• Strong analytical skills for scenario planning and data modeling
• Startup mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI/ML tools within supply chain functions
• Familiarity with PCIe card, server, or networking hardware supply chains
• APICS/CSCP certification
