Senior Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations for raw materials and indirect spend to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality
• Manage the entire RFP process, from supplier selection to contract award, to ensure competitive bidding
• Develop and execute strategies to diversify and expand the supplier base to mitigate risk
• Analyze and optimize the distribution network, including warehouses and 3PLs, to reduce costs
• Oversee transportation planning for LTL, TL, and dedicated fleets to optimize routing and reduce transit times
• Develop Master Production Schedules (MPS) and inventory strategies to meet demand and optimize resources
• Drive supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of WMS, TMS, and OMS integrations
• Provide regular updates to executive management regarding supply chain performance and strategic risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 10-15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or end-to-end supply chain management
• Deep proficiency in ERP systems and WMS, TMS, and OMS platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a multi-site, matrixed environment
• Strong analytical capabilities for network analysis, cost modeling, and demand forecasting
