Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant-level supply chain operations and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop and execute plant supply chain strategies supporting operational goals and customer expectations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, material flow, and logistics efficiency
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies to streamline operations
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure performance targets are met
• Contribute to strategic planning including inventory management, capacity planning, and budgeting
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, procurement, and quality teams
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members through performance management and training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, materials, or manufacturing operations experience
• Equivalent experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and production planning
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and CBS methodologies
• Proven track record in driving change management and operational excellence
