Senior Supply Chain Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and test end-to-end supply chain and network scenarios using analytical and optimization tools.
• Drive adoption of ERP and internal supply planning platforms such as OMP, DOC, and MEIO.
• Identify and lead cost-to-serve, productivity, and service improvement initiatives across the value chain.
• Develop, analyze, and track meaningful KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate complex analyses into compelling business storytelling to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global partners to ensure alignment and leverage synergies.
• Provide informal guidance and coaching to junior team members and interns.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related process improvement roles.
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven project and change management capability.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across different functions and regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS and/or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Python.
