Senior Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), verify incoming stock, monitor outbound orders to meet SLAs, and handle exceptions like returns, damages, and claims
• 3PL Management: Monitor 3PL KPIs including packing accuracy and speed, review monthly service invoices, and escalate service quality issues
• Inventory & Stock Control: Reconcile stock across SAP, WMS, and Fulfillment systems for 100% accuracy, monitor safety stock, and lead cycle counts
• Reporting & Optimization: Prepare logistics performance reports, identify workflow inefficiencies, and support SOP updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or 3PL coordination
• Experience with WMS, ERP/SAP, or inventory systems
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment operations
• Strong numerical accuracy and reconciliation skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with warehouse partners and internal teams
