Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct activities for the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials, and products
• Make decisions regarding nonconforming products and disposal for the Material Review Board (MRB)
• Perform failure analysis in collaboration with product and method functions to resolve quality issues
• Conduct quality training for QC staff and operators
• Initiate, track, and close internal corrective and preventive actions using 8D methodology
• Act as a customer complaint officer to manage and resolve customer feedback and complaints

Requirements

• More than 5 years of quality assurance experience in a sheet metal company (Mandatory)
• Strong technical familiarity with punching, bending, welding, and painting processes
• Expert problem-solving skills with proficiency in 8D and 5 Why analysis
• Practical experience and knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical major
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
