Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

About the Company

Mytra is creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market, focusing on the supply chain industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high-performing electrical supply base to ensure consistent, repeatable quality
• Design and execute a robust supplier qualification and audit framework, including on-site audits
• Review and approve supplier quality documentation such as FAIs, PPAPs, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
• Lead supplier issue resolution through structured root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing to align on risk and priorities

Requirements

• Experience owning supplier quality end-to-end from qualification through production ramp
• Direct experience working with electrical suppliers (PCBAs, wire harnesses, PLCs, power electronics, sensors, etc.)
• Proficiency with core quality tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, FAIs, PPAPs, SPC, 8D, and root cause analysis
• Ability to build and iterate on supplier quality systems from the ground up

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site supplier audits and developing corrective action plans
• Experience qualifying new suppliers or manufacturing lines through volume ramps
• Understanding of common failure modes in electrical assemblies
• Ability to communicate quality risks to both operators and senior leadership
