Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier development and assessment for injection molded and aluminum die-casting parts to support localization efforts.
• Review supplier material quality performance and resolve major supplier quality complaints.
• Implement quality improvement activities for focus suppliers and establish preventive measures according to established procedures.
• Assist project procurement with early-stage material quality planning and support commercial procurement in developing supplier strategies.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and provide training on supplier quality methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure stable and high-quality performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in quality management specifically for injection molding and aluminum die-casting processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written communication).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mold design and manufacturing.
• Certified VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 auditor.
